The Sumners truly brought life to our dream home! From beginning to end, these builders were completely responsive to us. We took one of their spec homes and changed it to meet the needs of our family. Max provided many great suggestions, working closely with us as our floor plan took shape. Both he and Jesse were great at communicating throughout the building process and as we had questions arise were quick to respond. They were patient and thoughtful in explaining building processes and standards; appreciating our prospectives. I could not tell you the last time I experienced such superior customer service! The finish work is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship a true art. I cannot imagine ever wanting to leave this home but if we do, we will certainly choose to have the Sumners build for us again

It's hard to say what the best part about working with Sumner Company Homes was, but I would have to say overall it was their quality of work. They don't cut corners. The do a high quality job the first time, and stand behind their work as well. If I had any concerns after we closed, I gave them a call and they come back to just do little touch up things here and there. These guys are excellent.
