The Pioneer

A popular floor plan that boasts an open and inviting 12' to two story hip-vault entryway/sitting room. The main floor also has a living room, nook, kitchen, walk-in pantry, half bath, and laundry/mud-room off of the garage. The second story has an overview landing, a full hall bath, two kids' rooms, and a vaulted master suite that has all the features: walk-in closet with organizers, jetted tub, separate shower, and dual vanities.

The Caribou

An impressive two-story entryway creates an inviting first impression of this traditional two story with all the amenities. French doors off the entry open into an office/den. The mudroom/laundry from the garage opens into the kitchen which has a large peninsula and pantry cabinets. The nook and living room are open to the kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a jack-and-jill style shared bathroom that affords both privacy. The Richardson

The Pioneer Elite combines the features of the popular Pioneer floor plan with an additional bedroom and third car garage bay.

The Foraker

This spacious floor plan is popular for its efficient use of space, open layout, multiple common-areas, upstairs laundry and large bedrooms.
