This custom home was designed to take full advantage of the clients' inlet bluff lot. The entire back wall of the house is almost solid windows. Add an oversized three car garage and attached shop, and this one was one of of our most truly unique builds.

With a large, sloped lot and a creek in the backyard an oversized covered deck was a must. This 4000 SF walk-out basement had all in-floor heat, a wet bar and game room in the basement. Open kitchen that flowed into the vaulted great room with fireplace and entertainment center focus piece.
