Building Options
Expansive ceiling lines and open communal spaces are the hallmark of a single story house. The convenience of no staircases and having everything on one level appeal to the elderly and aging-in-place. Because of the larger footprint, single story houses are more expensive to build per square foot but a smaller house with conscientious design can feel bigger and more efficient than a two story house of equivalent size.
THE ILIAMNA

Tasteful modern style meets classic craftsmanship with Sumner Company's newest plan- "The Iliamna." Open floorpan and soaring cathedral vaulted ceiling opens to a south-facing window wall to take advantage of the sun and mountain views!
THE CORDOVA
1530 SF 3 BR 2 BA 528 SF 2 CAR
The Cordova features an open central vaulted living area, with the cathedral ceilings extending into the kitchen with island, dining room and living room with a corner fireplace. Down the hall are the laundry room, two bedrooms, hall bath and the master suite at the rear of the house, featuring a walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual vanities.
THE FAIRWEATHER

The Fairweather has an entryway that opens into the 16' cathedral vaulted living room. The mud area from the garage is open to the entryway, with a door to the laundry room and kitchen which features a raised bar peninsula and a coffered ceiling shared with the nook.
The kids' bedrooms and hall bath are on a separate side of the house than the private master suite which has coffered ceilings, walk-in closet, a corner jetted tub, dual vanities and a separate tiled shower.

THE HUNTINGTON
2287 SF 4 BR 3 BA 3 CAR
The sprawling plan with almost complete rear window coverage, the Huntington is designed with views and sun in mind. The vaulted front covered deck opens to an 11 foot entry which in turn opens to an even taller vaulted great room with window wall. The open study, dining room, great room and eat-in kitchen at the center make the plan feel spacious and cozy simultaneously.
